Mandy Zhang Feuerbacher

Former Consular Officer And Immigration Attorney

Mandy Feuerbacher has over 7 years of experience working as a career U.S. Diplomat and U.S. Consul (i.e. Visa Officer) for the U.S. Department of State in China, Mexico, and Hong Kong.  She is also a licensed U.S. immigration attorney.

During her government career, she interviewed over 100,000 business executives, students, tourists, employees, investors, and immigrants. She realized while working as a Visa Officer that many people were failing at their visa interview because they did not know how to communicate effectively with the Visa Officer, and not because they didn't qualify. She knows firsthand how international citizens can succeed in the U.S. visa process.

After retiring from her career with the U.S. Government, Mandy decided to start her own immigration law firm to specialize in the visa process, also known as “consular processing.”  She was also the Executive Vice President of a company where she trained a team of over 20 former Visa Officers on how to help international citizens succeed at their visa interviews, before leaving in 2023 to return to private practice.

Travis Feuerbacher

Former Consular Officer And Immigration Attorney

During more than six years as a career U.S. Diplomat assigned to China and Mexico, as well as a brief assignment to Guatemala, Travis interviewed over 80,000 business executives, students, tourists, employees, investors, and immigrants seeking visas to travel, work, study or migrate to the United States from across the globe. Through these interactions, Travis developed a deep understanding of how Visa Officers conduct interviews and ultimately reach their decisions. He realized that visa applicants often failed at their visa interview because they didn’t understand the nuanced requirements or simply did not know how to effectively convey their personal and professional situations to the Visa Officer. With Travis’ expert guidance, applicants can now fully prepare for the U.S. visa process to ensure they have the best chance of a successful outcome.
After retiring from the U.S. Government, Travis worked in the tech sector, where he focused on launching and scaling impactful emerging technologies with Apple, the world’s most successful technology company, and Argo AI - an autonomous vehicle company which was backed by Ford and Volkswagen. He returned to the practice of law in 2024. Travis obtained his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, and he is a licensed U.S. immigration attorney.
